How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed by our vendors will take up to 3 business days to ship and will ship from the vendor's location. If you do not have a shipping notification or tracking with 4 business days (M-F) please contact the vendor. If you haven't received any of these within 7 business days please contact Whimzy at email@example.com and provide your order number or customer email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Our shipping charges are based on USPS costs and are a general setting for all of our vendors. If your seller uses another courier, such as UPS, your shipment email should reflect that courier.
Can I return my product?
We are a small business helping small businesses. If you have an issue with an order please contact the vendor to try and resolve the issue. If you still need assistance after communicating with the vendor, or you receive no response from the vendor within 24 hours M-F please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or our Facebook Page HERE
Can I get my product personalized?
It depends on the vendor and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.
