Shipping & Returns

Shipping:
  • Whimzy's Shipping Policy is website wide. 
  • Standard and priority shipping available at checkout. 
  • Orders are shipped from each individual store. Whimzy does not ship orders.
  • All orders are processed and shipped from each store within 3 business days. Typical business days are Monday through Friday. 

 

Returns: 
  • Whimzy's Return Policy is website wide unless different terms are agreed upon between you, the buyer, and the individual store. 
  • Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 7 days of receipt of item. 
  • Returns are eligible for store credit only.
  • Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale. Unless the store agrees upon different terms. 
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
