Orders processed by our vendors will take up to 3 business days to ship and will ship from their own location.
If you do not have a tracking notification with movement by the 3rd business day (M-F) please contact the vendor. If you haven't received any of these within 5 business days please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number and/or customer email.
Our shipping charges are based on USPS costs and are a general setting for all of our vendors. If your seller uses another courier, such as UPS, your shipment email should reflect that courier's name and applicable tracking number.
Ordering from Whimzy
Each vendor is an independent seller and carries their own inventory at their own location. This cart feature allows each vendor to properly fulfill their customer's orders.
Customizations should be listed as options along with a customizable product. Some of our vendors simply sell what is called "blanks", meaning they dont customize items. You may also contact the vendor you are interested in and inquire with them.
Returns, refunds, exchanges
We are a small business helping small businesses. If you have an issue with an order please contact the vendor to try and resolve the issue. If you still need assistance after communicating with the vendor, or you receive no response from the vendor within 24 hours of contacting them (M-F) please contact me at email@example.com or message Whimzy's Facebook Page HERE.
